Donation Request

We receive several requests for charitable contributions, including donations of product for auctions and other charitable events weekly. As you, our customers know, we are a very new, family run business.  As much as we'd like to, we cannot accommodate every request we get for donations.  We are committed to playing a role in supporting our community and we do continually donate to charities we have relationships with and we would like to continue to support new charities more and more as we grow. 

 

We review requests as they are submitted, however after our dedicated donation amount has been reached we unfortunately may not be able to award your request. For best results of being awarded a donation we encourage you to submit a form by the end of the calendar year so that we have your request on file for the beginning of the new calendar year. 

 

So that we can fairly evaluate the many requests we get for donations, we ask that you fill out the form below and mail or email the completed form back to us.
